Rustic Furniture Pro is dedicated to your full satisfaction. To that end you can return all items within 30 days of the shipping date as long as the product is returned in the exact condition it was in when you received it. To receive a full refund, please adhere to the following steps:

• Type in your Full Name and Address
• Type in Reason for the Return
• Type in Invoice Number
• Type in Return Items and Include the Following:
  • SKU Number(s)
  • Item Name(s)

You will receive a return email with the authorization number which applies to this return. Please be sure that this number is clearly visible on the return items. The return items will be inspected upon receipt. If all criteria are met you will be refunded the purchase price, less the freight fee paid by Rustic Furniture Pro to deliver the product to you, within seven days. You will also be responsible for costs associated with re-crating, insuring and the freight to return the product to the manufacturer. Please contact Customer Service for assistance when returning the product.

Shipping

Free shipping applies only to the 48 contiguous States. Specifically, free shipping is defined as leaving your item(s) at the curb, hence “curbside delivery”. If you request what is commonly known as “white glove” service, additional fees will apply. “White Glove” includes bringing the item(s) into your home, unpacking the item(s), with minimal assembly, and the removal of the packing material. We also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and internationally, but additional charges will apply. Call Customer Service for “white glove” rates and rates for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and international locations. Shipping times apply to items that are currently in stock.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be included for all shipments delivered in the State of Texas as required by Texas law.

Damaged Merchandise

Our merchandise is fully inspected upon leaving the warehouse so if damage is found it occurred during transit. Therefore, you must inspect all merchandise upon delivery while the driver waits. If driver refuses to wait please note on bill of lading. If during inspection of merchandise you discover damage, you must note the damage on the delivery ticket (bill of lading) and based on your assessment, you can reject the delivery and request that the driver return it to the sender. If the driver did not wait and you identified damage, you must contact Customer Service within 24 hours or less to report the damage. RusticFurniturePro.com is not responsible for damage during transit and will not process freight claims without proper noting on the bill of lading.

Cancellations

Cancellations can be made if your order is not already in process. If the order is in process at the time of cancellation a $25.00 fee will apply. If you cancel before an order is in process there will be no fee. Orders cannot be canceled after shipment. If you refuse a freight carrier delivery, you will be charged the full delivery costs to and from the shipping address.

Payment

Once your payment is received we will process your order. Payment can be made via credit card (Master Card, Visa, and Discover) or via phone, email, or US mail.

About Rustic Teak Furniture

This unique line of rustic furniture is handmade from reclaimed teak and is therefore subject to irregularities. The products, dimensions and colors vary. Due to the age of the wood, cracking or checking may occur which will only enhance the rustic nature of the piece and in no way diminishes the structural integrity of the furniture. The reasons listed above cannot be used for returns beyond 30 days of ship date.

About Rustic Steel Decor

The steel has been naturally rusted by being placed outdoors before being shipped. If placing the piece(s) outdoors, the weathering process will take about six months at which time the steel will turn a darker, richer tone.

These unique rustic steel art pieces look fantastic on a patio. When doing so, we recommend that you place the rustic art piece on cement pavers in order to minimize rust stains. Pave stones can be found at any good building supply store.

About Canvas Art

Each piece of canvas art is created with an ink & oil combination that gives it a unique water resistance, vibrant color & durable surface quality. Our process is also UV protected against direct sunlight fading for up to 7-years. We use gallery wrapped edging, so that the image is viewable from any angle in the room. This allows the artwork to be hung in more locations without having conflicts with other woods, metals or any other interior design patterns, surfaces or fixtures.

"Leather contains naturally occurring markings such as healed scars, fat wrinkles, stretch marks, and insect bites. These are not defects but part of the natural beauty. Also expect some color variations from hide to hide due to the aniline state of the product. Some fading may occur if the leather is exposed to direct, intense light and heat.”
